To ensure our clients (both homeowners and tenants) will receive the highest level of quality service.

Property Standards - It is very important that each property is in the best condition; thus, we will inspect each property joining our rental program.  Should the property not meet our standards we will propose   improvement be made to prevent any unexpected issues or incidents during the tenancy. The proposal includes making an inventory and amenity check list. 

Rental Enquiry Handling - All rental enquiries will be handled from our office on behalf of the homeowners from screening potential tenant needs and requirements and matching them up with rental property listed in our inventory. All email enquiries will receive a response within 24 hours from time received and will make every effort to book your property.

Tenancy Agreements – We have a simple tenancy agreement to protect both landlord and tenants. .

Check in / Check out Process – We make checking in / checking out easy with pre-arrival and post-departure condition checks. Any incident or damage caused from the tenancy, both parties will be informed immediately. 

Marketing – Our in-house marketing team provides a broad range of marketing channels via Laguna Property’s main website;, along with other signage and advertisements throughout the area.

Estates and Property Services – Our in-house dedicated estates services team can provide a full range of property management services to ensure all property within our inventory are well maintained. There are a wide range of service packages available to suit the needs and requirements of property owners during vacancy or when occupied with tenants. Services include housekeeping, gardening, pool cleaning, pest control, maintenance, etc.

Tenant’s Inquiry / Request – An emergency number is provided to tenants for any urgent matters throughout their entire stay. We provide assistance and personalized service to ensure our tenant has the best experience and pleasant stay.

Payment Collection – Our office will collect booking deposit, rent payment, and security deposit from the tenant on behalf of the homeowner. Rent payment is transferred to owners within 7 working days after received.
