To meet the group’s exciting expansion plans, we are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the below positions:
| LAGUNA PROPERTY |
SALES EXECUTIVE
(CHINESE, JAPANESE, KOREAN, THAI & ENGLISH SPEAKING) |
- Male or Female, Native Chinese, Japanese, Korean & Thai, age 23–35
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in property or related sales fields required
- Outgoing personality with strong prospecting, qualifying, closing ability & results driven
- Flexible working hours including weekends

| SALES MANAGER |
- Male or Female, expatriate, age 30-40 years
- Previous experience in property sales management field required
- Results driven and focused on activities that produce sales
|
| Secretary to DOS & Partnership program event coordinator |
- Male or Female, Thai or other nationalities, age 23-35 years
- Previous experience in administrative, sales coordination or customer service/sales fields an advantage
|
| MARKETING MANAGER |
- Male or female, Thai or other nationalities, age 25-35
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or related field (MBA preferred) with 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in managing collateral development, exhibition and advertising planning required, within property industry is an advantage
- Enthusiastic and creative self-starter with strong time management skills
- Detail-orientated individual

| PR MANAGER |
- Male or female, Thai nationality, age 25-35
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (MBA preferred) with 1-3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in managing all PR activities including media visits, press release writing and online communications plan
- Enthusiastic and creative self-starter with strong writing and time management skills

| E-PROJECT EXECUTIVE |
- Male or female, Thai nationality, age 24-30
- Bachelor degree in graphic design, web design or equivalent work experience with 1-3 years experience in graphic design
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and Adobe Flash languages and programming environments and proficient in their application towards website creation
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash is required
- Enthusiastic and creative self-starter with strong time management skills

| MARKETING ASSISTANT |
- Male or female, Thai nationality, age 24-30
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field with 1-3 years experience
- Enthusiastic self-starter with strong time management skills
- Detail-orientated individual

All positions require:
- Phuket based
- Excellent command of both spoken, written English and native language
- A self-starter with ability to learn quickly & strong time management skills
- Must be a team player with friendly personality and positive attitude
- Ability to show initiativ
